How can I give to UNCP Athletics?
The Braves Club began in 1977 when 100 athletic supporters each donated $100 to found the club. Since then, the Braves Club has helped to fulfill the academic and athletic aspirations of thousands of UNCP student-athletes. There are multiple ways you can impact the lives of UNCP student-athletes. Every gift large and small is an invaluable benefit which lasts a lifetime – Your Gift, Your Impact.

General Scholarship Fund
Annual Braves Club membership contributions are awarded to the nearly 400 UNCP student-athletes in the form of scholarships. These funds help to cover the cost of tuition, books and other financial aid areas. By donating to the general scholarship fund, you impact the lives of every student-athlete at UNCP.

Endowed Scholarship Funds
An endowed scholarship is the ‘gift that keeps on giving.’ Do you have a coach, mentor, friend or family member whose memory you wish to memorialize for decades to come? By creating an endowed scholarship or donating to an existing endowment, you help maintain the legacy of those people who impacted our lives and impact the lives of our student-athletes. Endowments begin at $10,000 with a five-year fulfillment period.

UNCP Sport Program – Scholarship Fund or Operational Fund
Are you a former PSC, PSU, or UNCP student-athlete? Want to help the men and women wearing the jersey now? Making a gift directly to a UNCP Sports Program can be done in two ways. First, you can choose to direct your gift to the team’s scholarship fund. These funds will impact the members of your chosen team. Second, you can direct your gift to the team’s operational budget. Operational budgets encompass travel, team meals, uniforms, specialized equipment and recruiting. Pick your program, and pick your fund.
